Comcast has completed the pre-wiring on all streets and is converting all residences to fiber optic, which requires scheduling an in-home appointment to install a new modem and possibly internal wiring.

As the project nears completion, AT&T and Comcast are converting all residences to new underground connections so that overhead lines and wooden poles can be removed.

Comcast is attempting to reach its customers to schedule this appointment. If you are a Comcast customer whose property has not already been converted, please schedule your in-home appointment as soon as possible by calling Comcast at 1-844-330-7188.

Neighbors who are not able to convert their property to the new underground system by Monday, June 3 may experience Comcast service interruption until their conversion appointment is scheduled.

We appreciate the support and patience of all Las Olas Isles neighbors while we expedite this conversion and complete this project.
